We follow data-minimisation principles and do not ask visitors to create an account.

• Checkout preview: values typed into the demo form remain temporarily in the current browser page so the visitor can review the interface. The application does not transmit or store them. Visitors must use fictional details and close or refresh the page to discard them.
• Technical information: hosting and security infrastructure may process an IP address, browser or device information, request time and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
• Browser storage: the necessary-only privacy choice and the contents of the shopping bag are stored locally on the visitor’s device. The bag contains collection identifiers and quantities only; checkout contact and address fields are not placed in local storage.
• Direct enquiries: if someone contacts us by email, telephone or social media, we receive the contact details and message that person chooses to provide.
• External services: opening Instagram, Ananas or a press link takes the visitor to another service governed by that service’s own privacy terms.

Technical information is used to provide, maintain and secure the website. Enquiry information is used to answer questions and discuss a possible purchase or collaboration. Demo checkout values are used only in page memory to render the next preview step and are not sent to ABECEDA. Optional analytics or marketing would require a separate, informed choice and are currently disabled.

Depending on the interaction, processing is based on steps requested before a possible contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the studio’s legitimate interest in operating and securing its website and answering enquiries, or consent where consent is specifically requested.

Information is not sold or rented. Limited information may be handled by providers that support website hosting, security, email, social media or another service requested by the visitor. Providers should receive only what is needed for their role. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. The demo checkout does not send form values to a database, courier or payment provider.

Website and communication providers may operate infrastructure outside Montenegro. Where personal information is transferred internationally, appropriate contractual, organisational or legal safeguards should be used in accordance with applicable requirements.

The preview does not create an order record. Demo checkout values remain in page memory only until they are cleared, the page is refreshed or the tab is closed. Direct enquiries are retained only as long as needed to answer them or maintain necessary business records. Technical records are retained according to the security and hosting provider’s operational settings.

Subject to applicable law, a person may ask whether information about them is processed and request access, correction or deletion. They may also request restriction, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, restrictive browser security headers and privacy-by-default settings. Real order submission and the private order desk are disabled for this public review. Shopping-bag storage contains collection identifiers and quantities only. No method is risk-free, so access, retention, providers and security measures are reviewed before sales features are enabled.

This website is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly request personal information from children. This notice may be updated when the site’s features, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest version.
