1. Seller and contact
The legal seller is DRUŠTVO SA OGRANIČENOM ODGOVORNOŠĆU ABECEDA (ABECEDA D.O.O.), trading through the 3Domika and DOMIKI Jewellery brands, with its registered office at Trg Sunca 2, Budva, Montenegro, PIB 02794357.
Contact: 3domika@gmail.com, +382 69 108 535, or the registered postal address above. Complaints may be sent through the same channels. The official CRPS registration identifier and VAT status must be verified and added before public checkout is activated.
2. How a request becomes an order
The current checkout is a local demonstration only. Its final action creates a temporary preview confirmation in the browser and does not contact the studio. Visitors must use fictional details. No automated acceptance, order record or payment occurs.
Before a real online process is enabled, it will clearly explain whether it sends a non-binding request or concludes a binding sale. Any written offer must identify the exact product, essential characteristics and safety information, final total, delivery, payment, timing, withdrawal information and applicable conditions. A binding checkout button will unambiguously state that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.
3. Products, prices and payment
Catalogue amounts are non-binding guide prices for a representative collection piece. They are not sale prices or a promise of stock. Before acceptance, the customer receives the exact product or model identifier, dimensions, quantity, composition and material information, origin, care instructions, applicable warnings, availability and final price in euros, including applicable taxes and every unavoidable charge.
Studio pickup, cash on delivery and bank transfer appear only to demonstrate planned preferences; selecting them in this preview creates no instruction or payment. This website does not collect card details and does not currently accept PayPal. Any future card payment will use a supported provider's hosted checkout. A fiscalized receipt will be issued for each completed sale as required by Montenegro law.
4. Delivery
The preview does not accept delivery requests. Studio pickup in Budva and courier delivery in Montenegro are shown to test the planned interface. Before real ordering is enabled, the written offer or checkout must confirm the courier, exact charge, restrictions and agreed date before the customer is bound. Unless another period is agreed, statutory delivery is due no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
International delivery is arranged separately and is not included in the planned initial checkout. The customer should check the parcel on arrival and promptly report visible transport damage without losing any statutory rights.
5. Conformity and product safety
The seller remains responsible for statutory conformity rights. For consumer goods, liability for non-conformity that becomes apparent within two years applies independently of any commercial guarantee. Statutory repair or replacement is free and is ordinarily completed within 15 days, subject to the limited extension allowed by law.
Each orderable product must have product-level identification, traceability, material evidence, risk assessment and Montenegrin instructions or warnings where required. Anti-stress and articulated animal objects are not available for online ordering while classification, testing and safety documentation are being completed. Product descriptions must not be read as unverified medical, hypoallergenic, precious-metal or safety claims.
6. Complaints
Send a complaint to 3domika@gmail.com, +382 69 108 535 or DRUŠTVO SA OGRANIČENOM ODGOVORNOŠĆU ABECEDA, Trg Sunca 2, Budva, Montenegro. Include the order or fiscal-receipt reference, product, issue, date and requested remedy where possible.
The seller will record the complaint, provide written confirmation where it is not resolved immediately, and respond in writing or another durable medium without delay and no later than eight days. Complaint records are kept for at least two years. These terms do not restrict a consumer's right to contact the competent inspection, use an available out-of-court dispute process or go to court.
7. Fourteen-day withdrawal
For an ordinary distance sale of goods, a consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the consumer, or a person designated by them other than the carrier, receives the goods. The consumer may use the model statement below or any other unambiguous statement. The goods must then be returned within 14 days after notice.
The seller refunds the amounts required by law, including the standard outbound delivery cost, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, but may lawfully wait until the goods or evidence of return is received. The direct return cost is paid by the consumer only when that was disclosed before the contract. The consumer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's explicit specifications or clearly personalized. Handmade, small-batch or made-after-order goods are not automatically personalized. This exception never removes statutory rights for a defective or non-conforming product. No blanket hygiene exclusion is applied to earrings; any sealed-goods exception must be specifically lawful and disclosed before sale.
8. Model withdrawal statement
Copy and send the following statement to 3domika@gmail.com or the registered postal address. A message sent before the deadline is sufficient: “I hereby notify you that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [product/order]. Ordered on/received on: [date]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if sent on paper].”
The studio will acknowledge the notice and provide the practical return address and instructions. Do not send goods cash-on-delivery unless the studio has expressly agreed to that return method.
9. Privacy and records
The public preview does not transmit or store demo checkout details. Before real ordering is enabled, the Privacy policy will be updated with the exact fields, purposes, recipients, retention, rights and AZLP complaint information. Processing will not be based on forced marketing consent.
A future commercial order record will not replace the fiscal receipt or statutory accounting archive. Customers should keep the written offer, acceptance, confirmation and fiscal receipt on a durable medium.
10. Law, language and updates
Montenegrin product and consumer information is the controlling local version; English is provided for convenience. Mandatory consumer protections under Montenegro law cannot be waived by these terms. Before any cross-border targeting or delivery is enabled, the studio will separately assess the destination's consumer, tax, customs, privacy and product-safety rules.
The official Montenegro consumer portal is potrosac.me. These draft sales terms must be approved against the final products, fulfilment partners, fiscal process and business registration by a Montenegro lawyer and accountant before real online ordering is enabled.
